I am usually not interested in 2 night rentals during the high season (May-September) and holidays, but you are welcome to make an inquiry (sometimes I make exceptions based on scheduling and market conditions). It is at my discretion to determine number of days, so please check with me before you make solid plans with your group and put in a reservation.
Just 20 minutes straight into Newport. Completely restored Victorian home with panoramic views of the Sakonett waterfront. Large yard and high end living including separate deck/patios with furniture, new 8 person hot tub and Weber Grill.
Inside the house you will find a gourmet kitchen with Wolf oven and Viking Fridge, Keirig and regular coffeemaker, quartz countertop, and open floorplan with a counter seating for four and a dining table that easily accomodates 16.
Also on the main living level is a billiards room , bar, and media room with 65" TV that has seating for your entire group. All new lines, sheets, towels and 12 high-end mattresses.
This house is walking distance to Tiverton marina, a gourmet coffee shop, and a quaint local beach. Many restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. An UBER into Newport is about $15. Grinnell's beach is also a 5 minute walk.
A note before the Description: Extra Covid cleaning measures are occurring including making sure all touch points are anti-viral sprayed even after a thorough cleaning. An additional service can be provided for $300 which is performed by a separate environmental sanitization company which will fog then wipe down the entire interior of the property with a peroxide based solution which is non-toxic but an extremely reliable virus killer. If you are interested paying for this extra service, please communicate with owner (Chris) before or just after booking.
