Positive: Location is beautiful

Negative: The place is in need of repairs and updating The location is beautiful but the decor is old the furiture is uncomfortable and looks dingy and dirty. I can br a really beauyiful place is someone jnvested to repair the outside modernize the inside and clean up thw tennis courts that are overrun with weeds and cracking.

Summary: It was fine i expected more for the price and more from the location
