We require at least a one month stay to comply with Newport zoning rules. Perfect for military or well qualified short term tenants.
Two rooms downstairs sleep 4 with a King bed in Master and Queen bed in the second bedroom that we call the cabin for its knotty pine board walls. Upstairs is large open room with 6 twin beds in a big open room and another full bed in a small 4th bedroom (or study) and a full bath.
Large living room with stone fireplace, smart television and view of the water depending on trees. Dining room, and outdoor patio with awning and comfortable furniture both accommodate family dinners.
