Formerly the coachman's cottage in the carriage house of an 1890's Bellevue Avenue estate, this stylish and comfortably furnished home is the perfect location from which to explore Newport. Cozy, yet spacious the house has an eat-in kitchen as well as a dining room, a large living room with multiple seating areas, and a charming garden offering a place to relax as well as elegantly dine outside. Modern upgrades include central air conditioning. Located in the center of the historic district, the house is walking distance to all the mansions and the Cliff Walk. Town, the waterfront and beaches are only a mile away. The carriage house holds two additional residential units, but each unit has its own private outdoor space.
