The building is a 6-plex in which all units are 1 BDR/1 BA, ground level units are located at the tip of Dania beach, just steps from the ocean and Hollywood boardwalk. Outdoor furniture with a nice and private landscaped surroundings. Each unit is decorated with a sense of the beach, tasteful and inviting - walk or bike on the boardwalk and enjoy the beach's breeze. Close to shops and restaurants!!!
