Welcome to Pocosan Lodge, a resort unto itself. This sprawling designer-decorated property is over 7500 sq ft on 8 private acres, with fantastic year-round views and enough to keep your whole group entertained. Outside, you'll love the hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, gas firepit, covered dining for 20, several seating areas w/ views, and playground. The interior features 5 bedrooms (sleeps 16), game room, theater room, speakeasy, office, gym, and karaoke room! Managed by New School Hosting.
Pocosan Lodge is located directly adjacent to Shenandoah National Park in one of the most picturesque regions of Virginia. The entrance to Skyline Drive is about a 20 minute drive with some of the best hiking on the east coast (including the infamous "Old Rag"). The charming town of Stanardsville is a 13 minute drive, and Charlottesville is a fantastic small city 40 minutes away with the University of Virginia, Thomas Jefferson's Monitcello, and the downtown pedestrian area with some of the best dining options in the state. Additionally, the area has about a dozen wineries/breweries within a 15-30 minute drive. The property is a 2 hour drive from DC and 1 hr 45 mins from Richmond.

- Upper deck features hot tub, 2 comfy lounge seating areas, and screened in porch with dining for 20 and a gas grill.
- Lower patio features a barrel sauna with panoramic view, plunge tub (can be hot or cold plunge), plus cornhole and ladder ball.
- Just off the driveway is a gas firepit (propane provided) with ample seating, and also a playground area for the kids with some adirondack chairs for the parents
Interior, main level:
- Dramatic living room with soaring ceiling using post-and-beam architecture, featuring large smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, and a full wall of windows to take in the view
- Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with huge island, stainless appliances, 2 sinks, large pantry, and bar seating for 4. The corner of the kitchen also has a round dining table that seats 6 with lovely views.
- Dining area (completely open to kitchen as well) with space for 12 at the table.
- BR1: Primary bedroom suite with king bed, wood-burning fireplace, sitting area with TV, and deck access. The ensuite bathroom features double vanities, oversized tile shower with rainfall shower head, and soaker tub with mountain views.
- Also in the primary bedroom suite is an additional room that doubles as either a nursery, or as a "getting ready" area with 4 chairs with mirrors and vanities.
- BR2: King master bedroom. Ensuite bath features double vanity and oversized tile shower.
