Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note that the homeowner resides nearby and occasionally checks the mailbox. Additionally, they handle trash collection, placing it on the curb on Sundays and returning it to its designated spot on Monday mornings.
Pets will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. This home does share walls with another unit. Please reach out to discuss if your dog is nervous or anxious or tends to bark.
Exclusive Guest Policy
We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use and enjoyment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy

8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
