This home has an inverted floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the top floor, a game room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor, and two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, is located off the foyer upon entering the home. Up the stairs you will walk into a game room, with foosball table and other games throughout. The third bedroom and an en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor. Up to the third and top floor you will find the kitchen, accented with a stone wall and a large kitchen island. On the other side of the third floor is the living room with a tv, fireplace and an half bathroom.The contemporary design and nautical details throughout will be the perfect backdrop for your Newport vacation.This property also features a driveway for off street parking (parking available for two large vehicles or three compact cars). To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.
No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
