While the best time to visit is between May and September, Newport is sure to wow guests year-round. You will be just across the street from the famous Newport Lobster Seaport and Harbor and only a 2-minute walk to downtown Newport! Tennis enthusiasts will not want to miss the International Tennis Hall of fame, home to the Hall of Fame Open each year in July. Music lovers from all over come to the Newport Folk and Jazz Festival in August to see and experience world class musicians, food, crafts and several other exhibits. Other must-sees include the annual seafood festivals held in May and October, the glorious cliff walk, historic Fort Adams and the famous Rhode Island beaches. In the Master you have a king size bed, and a Large flatscreen HD TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 additional beds which sleep 2 more. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator, oven, stove, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster, coffee make along with coffee and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.
The grounds has plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The resort pool will be undergoing renovation from Mar. 8, 2024, through Aug. 12 , 2024, for renovation. During this time, renovations are also being done to the exterior Main building.
At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate.
