Sunny, uplifting 2 bedroom townhouse that includes all the amenities for a “comfort like home stay” in “The City by the Sea”. This condo is located in a quiet, friendly location with Scenic Newport Harbor just down the street. The center of Newport, restaurants, Bannister, Bowens Wharf, Bellevue Shopping area, Newport Mansions, beaches all within walking distance.
First floor featuring new kitchen, dining area and living room with all new furniture and flooring. Two long upholstered banquettes - window seats - make for easy conversation when preparing meals or just looking out on the spacious yard or taking in a beautiful Newport sunrise. The living room has a 55” Smart Flatscreen TV and just below a new electric fireplace that dazzles with enchanting flames with various colors selections. The first floor also offers a convenient walk out on to the deck and garden with a gas Weber grille. A laundry room just off the kitchen is outfitted with a large capacity washer and dryer and a convenient, nicely appointed half bath.
The second floor is bright thanks to all the windows and a large skylight that opens and closes, bringing in lots of fresh air. There are 2 bedrooms across the landing for privacy. The master suite comes with a king size bed, a private en-suite full bathroom, a large screen Smart TV, and plenty of closet and drawer space. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and closet. Just steps away, guests enjoy a large double vanity, shower and bathtub, new & fresh quality bed linens, towels and all the necessities are provided for you.
On warmer days, you’ll be drawn to the walk out back deck which offers a comfortable sitting area with cushioned swivel chairs and a love seat. Next to it is a dining area perfect for enjoying food from the Weber grille on the adjacent patio.
Important to note: This condo is apart of a 14 unit condominium association. Tenants must abide by the condominium association's rules + regulations, which will be provided in advance.
