A perfect place to relax and cook out. Cottage is located on a quiet side street only a short walk to Newport's Easton's Beach (a.k.a. First Beach). First Beach has public facilities, a carousel, playground and twice weekly evening entertainment. It is a great area for walking, running, biking, surfing and kayaking. All equipment available to rent nearby. Restaurants, coffee shop, brew pub are within walking distance and downtown Newport is only 1.5 miles away.
