Property is on a lovely private lane, walking distance to Newport National Golf Club and abuts walking paths within Aquidneck Land Trust Greenway Trail.
Enjoy biking to Sweet Berry Farm for breakfast, a tasting at Greenvale Vineyards or biking to 3rd or 2nd Beach for a swim with the new beach cruisers available for guests. The home is also located a few minutes from a local seafood store and a butchery. After a fun filled day at the beach, the south facing deck is a perfect setting for an aperitif while watching the sunset and grilling on the Weber Grill.
