9 Bedroom House in Marmaros, Kimberling City

Hoot Owl @ Table Rock Lake is a FANTASTIC large group lake property! This fully stocked vacation retreat features tons of room for a large party, many bedroom/sleeping spaces, an attic room that kids will LOVE, game room with ping pong, foosball, darts and basketball game! The two fully equipped kitchens provide a lot of room for the cooks in the group. Keep in mind, there is a large BBQ for outdoor cooking as well. A large group, such as yours, needs a lot of seating, and Hoot Owl doesn't disappoint. There are two large living room spaces with additional living room space in the detached bunkhouses, however, we believe most people will be spending time on the HUGE deck areas overlooking Table Rock Lake! The large deck area has a really neat retractable awning for shade that will retract if the wind picks up. Enjoy your time outdoors having an evening fire in the large fire pit as well. Roast up some hot dogs or make some smores and memories!
If you are looking to enjoy the lake, other than the incredible view from the back deck of the property, Joe Bald public use area is only a 5-minute drive and has a boat ramp. Port of Kimberling is only 6 miles away and perfect for fishing tournament groups! This great property is only about a 20-minute drive to all that Branson has to offer as well. There is a public store for small items right up the road and grocery shopping in Kimberling City.

Master Bedroom: King size bed - Amazing view of the lake from bed through a sliding glass door going out to the deck.
Bedroom 2: Bunk with a twin over twin bed.

Loft Bedroom - Bedroom 5: 3 twin beds. **Note This is a low ceiling loft bed. A child may be able to stand up, but an adult will not. It's fun but the ceiling is only about 4' high and slopes. Great kid room. Access is a spiral staircase.

Summary: Everything was great, other than the property not being ready, which I understand was as a result of the previous renters being so disrespectful and the regular housekeepers not showing up. I want to brag on Elsie filling in to clean. She went above and beyond to get everything ready asap. She was a rockstar!
