Summary: The hotel staff were wonderful and professional, always offering warm and friendly greetings no matter the time of day or night. The housekeeping team was equally warm, friendly, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, and the location was pet-free—with the exception of one guest's small Chihuahua, which they apparently claimed was a service animal."
