Apartment is located near a dead end street with plenty of street parking. Bonus, there is a small park/hiking trail adjacent to the property!
NOTE: This is a multi family house. I live in the other half of the house so I can be on site to assist with anything you need. The home is in between a park and another home, divided by the side yard. Pretty private location!
NOTE: You have your own private entrance. One from the back of the house, which is the main way to get in, and a private entrance to your patio space. The patio space is divided in half by a planter wall for both units - but I don’t use or enter the patio space when guests are renting so they have privacy.
