They are not monitored unless issues arise during guest stay. The home is outfitted with Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.
* Pool service happens once a week, typically on a Thursday. They are usually there in the morning, but can’t guarantee a time. They need access to house as pool equipment is located downstairs.
