The patio is available to guests anytime when there is not an event taking place. With that being said, there is a small event space on the first floor. Again, we kindly ask you do not use the front patio when there is an event taking place. Of note, there are common areas that may be shared by other guests.
The owner resides on-site and may at times use the shared entry hallway to reach a private front suite.
This is a garden-level apartment located next to a theater and an alley, so occasional noise may be heard from outside. Additionally, the apartment is situated directly below an event space. While most events end by 10:00 PM, guests may hear activity during these times. We want to ensure you're fully informed so you can enjoy your stay comfortably!

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

We provide dedicated parking for up to 1 vehicle in the spaces immediately behind the building. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the dedicated parking spaces and limit to 1 vehicle.
