Come and Stay Awhile…. That’s our invitation to you! Spacious, light & bright, fully furnished home in quality deed restricted community in heart of the Nature Coast of Florida! Home promises to be a comfortable snow-bird NEST for you & visiting relatives OR could serve two couples very nicely, with virtually 2 Primary Suites! Traditionally, the home has 4 full bedrooms; we’ve currently furnished it as a 3 Bedroom + Office/Den. SO much room for you to spread out amid formal & informal spaces, rear screened porch and a set up for rear seating area with a firepit. 3 Car Garage for plenty of space to bring your motorcycle, small boat or kayaks to enjoy our amazing 7 area rivers! We have bicycles in the home for you to enjoy some of the Rails to Trails bike paths. Plentiful public golf courses (Plantation, Citrus Springs Golf & C.C., Juliette Falls). Lecanto is centrally located in the county, convenient to abundant shopping and local & chain restaurants, including some nice waterfront dining options! Olympic sized pool at Bicentennial Park is about 2 miles from the home. Citrus County is home to the AMAZING 3 Sisters Springs Park (winter home of the irresistible, gentle giants, the Manatee), Hunter Springs swimming spot & kayak launch, Homosassa Wildlife Park and the charm of our historic Crystal River & Inverness downtown vibes! Perfectly positioned near Orlando (1 ½ Hrs.) & Tampa (1 Hr.) for the Disney, Universal & Busch Gardens theme parks! We’ll share with you many tips for some of our favorite day trips from Citrus County.
