Summary: We were not informed at check-in that A/C had been on the blink all week. 85 degrees F in our unit at one point! Knew something was up when we noticed portable a/c units and fans, which were cumbersome with 2 toddlers in the room. Staff admitted ongoing problem “being dealt with” but didn’t offer much relief, besides occasional reboot of system. After multiple complaints, I was reimbursed half the cost of my stay, but still not satisfied.
