Floors are porcelain tile and Mahogany hardwood. Open concept living room/dining area has a cool aviation vibe and fireplace to warm you up. From the picture window and back deck is your serene view of mountains and nature conservation land. Down the hall you have 3 BR and 2 full BA including primary BR w/ en suite. Finished basement features a good size BR w/ bunks, full BA & a spacious family room with large TV for movies/video games & 2 standup arcade games, perfect for the kiddos. Backyard has plenty of seating on deck and around fire pit. Quiet private neighborhood, lovely for bike riding & walks. Plenty of off street parking. We respect our neighbors and neighborhood and would appreciate it if all renters do the same. If you are looking to party, this is unfortunately not the property for you.
