Spread over three finished levels, this 5 bedroom (plus bonus sleeping loft) home is perfectly suited for larger groups. It can sleep up to 15 if needed. A large top floor lofted bunk room has five single beds, a half bathroom and is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room. The main floor of the home has the kitchen/dining/living areas, a primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath and another bedroom with a king bed. There is also another full bathroom on the main floor. The walkout lower level of the home has a secondary kitchen, three more bedrooms (all with queen beds), a full bathroom and an amazing rec room with a billiards table! The home has a wall mounted AC unit in the upper level bunk room, a wall mounted AC unit in the main floor living room and a wall mounted AC unit in the lower level rec room. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor have window units ACs.
Spend the day in the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook dinner on the grill and watch the light fade over the water! You and your guest will find very little reason to leave your private resort. Mashpee Commons is 2 miles away with tons of dining and shopping options.
