Summary: Overall a great place to stay. By far the stansout is the host. Almost instant responses and very non ambiguous with answers. As for the property., the grounds were well kept and clean, great views and a truly resort atmosphere. The interior was clean and had the basics for cooking. The kitchen area is large for a lot of guests and was easy to maneuver around. The overall place is massive we had over 23 folks and never felt confined. Keep in mind for children lots of glass, steps are all over and if not careful could get injured. Abundent in rooms however ran out of space for the 17 people 2 had to stay off property. Lots of bathrooms but not all had showers but it worked out. There is a pool table for entertainment. Lots of comfortable couches none of them fold out but if needed you can sleep on them. Only call out lots of space but sleeping areas filled up faster than expected. If i need to stay in a villa in hopland ca again i would rebook.
