Summary: The hotel in general was very cold and when it’s -4 outside you need something welcoming when you enter the lobby/reception area. The staff had coats on and the area isn’t very welcoming. The corridors were cold too. The lifts/elevators were in a badly designed place, around a narrow corner which caused congestion at times. The room itself was comfortable and the well stocked mini bar (not free) was good. Could have done with another blanket on the bed as the room soon fell cool once the heating was turned off or down. We used a dressing gown. The shower room and dressing area were very spacious but again cool. The showerheads had mould on them and hadn’t been given a thorough clean. The location was good for exploring either on foot or by taxi/uber and the staff were helpful and polite. Might stay here again but not it in winter.
