The villa features a private swimming pool with a spacious pool deck, as well as a large upper-floor terrace directly connected to the living area. From here, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the evening sun?perfect for ending the day with a barbecue. The bright and welcoming living area provides direct access to the terrace. The light-filled bedrooms are also modern and comfortably furnished, offering a restful retreat. The open-plan American kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The living room and all bedrooms are fitted with modern Smart TVs. A wide range of programs is available via the internet; German-language channels can be accessed, and guests may connect their own streaming services such as Netflix.
