On the top floor, you'll find a well-equipped, full, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dual oven), a dining table with seating, a living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels, and one of two balconies overlooking the canal. On the middle level, there's a sunlit table with bench seating that's great for rainy day games or laptops for remote work or schooling as well as a second balcony. Accessing all three levels is a breeze for guests with limited mobility thanks to the convenient elevator. And outside, feel free to dock your boat in the adjacent waterway and fire up the gas grill to add a little something special to your home-cooked menu.
