Layout:
This beautiful home is complete with 3 levels! The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with a king bed, and another en suite with two queen beds. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom! There are also two twin rollaway beds within the unit.
Parking:
There is one parking space available in the garage and one additional parking space available in the driveway. Please do not block the other unit's driveway. There is an external security camera on the driveway.
Neighborhood:
Conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Hillsboro Village is a collection of shops, boutiques, and restaurants perfect for a day’s stroll. Adjacent toHillsboro Village is the Belmont area, which is home to Belmont University, a historic home, shops, and some great eating.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
