Beautiful and private lake cottage newly renovated from top to bottom on Crooked Lake in Delton, MI. This four bedroom, two full bathroom house is a perfect two-family rental, set up for kids and families with a large yard, almost 80 feet of lakefront, and large patio and deck, and a huge fire pit for bonfires right next to the lake. House has a detached, screened in gazebo for enjoying the outdoors in the evening - without the mosquitos! Brand new dock and boat slip is in for the summer and public lake access is available, so bring your boat! Three one-person kayaks are also available for exploring the lake. When you tire of fishing, swimming, lying on the deck and reading, or playing in the yard with the kids, there is wifi, TV, and games and books for all ages (pack and play and beds with guardrails also available for the little ones). Groceries, liquor, and the fantastic Daily Grind coffeeshop are just a 10-15 minute walk away, and yet the cottage is well off the main road and quiet enough to hear just the crickets and frogs at night. Wake up to an amazing sunrise on a calm glass lake and have a glass of wine watching the deep red sunset from the gazebo at night.
