The house rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED where smoking, parties/events , criminal activity and loud music are prohibited. We have a strict security deposit of $330 and if you do break any of our rules, we will, unfortunately, be forced to keep the full amount. Guest access Full access to the apartment unit -Lobby 24 hour front desk attendant available -Fitness center, pool ,hot tub and rooftop deck: 6am-11pm located on 5th floor -Yoga room: 6am-11pm located on 4th floor -Cyberspace: 6am-11pm located on 3rd floor TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only a few blocks from the subway station (Spring Garden - BSL) and bus station (43, 23, 4, 16 & BSO), which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommend to use around Center City. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm and check-out is anytime before 11 am. Sometimes an early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated if there isn't another reservation immediately before or after your stay. Please mention your request when making your reservation and we will confirm 24 hours before your arrival if it is possible.
