Welcome to your next vacation or work from home getaway! This spacious and cozy end-unit townhouse at the Regal Palms Resort & Spa is large enough to accommodate a whole family and then some. Eight people can live comfortably here --not only is this home in the largest size available, it is also one of the nearest (a two minute walk) to the pool and resort facilities. And on top of all that, this address is only eight miles to all Disney attractions!
246 Verona Ave has a private driveway and is fully furnished with four private bedrooms: a king-size Master Suite, queen-size Master Suite and two further bedrooms with twin beds. There are two floors, and from the tranquil balcony outside the upstairs master bedroom, you can overlook the two and a half acre pool complex featuring a water-slide, lazy river, and hot tub.
Here, you can truly find your home away from home. For those planning to work remotely, each master bedroom has a desk large enough for one or even two monitors and a laptop, along with office chairs for your complete work from home setup. And if you need extra deskspace, there are additional tables both inside the house and on each of the two outdoor balconies. Other in-house facilities include the well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, cooking supplies, and a Keurig K-Mini coffee machine. In terms of bathrooms, there are two on each floor: three full size and one half size. Finally, we’re also pleased to offer free WiFi for our guests, and the living room contains a TV and DVD player setup along with a collection of family movies.
Our location is perfect if you’re looking to relax, stroll around the pool, or especially if you have children. You can enjoy the play area together, or exercise at the fitness center while the kids enjoy the clubhouse game room. The full service clubhouse also has a day spa where you can luxuriate with a facial or relax in the Jacuzzi or the Steam Room. For guests with small children we supply a high chair and a play crib (to be used at parents discretion).
Unlike most other communities, Regal Palms is complete with a restaurant and bar. They are conveniently located adjacent to the pool with indoor and outdoor seating, and also have plasma TVs. You can easily enjoy casual dining throughout the day and treat yourself to a nice evening out with poolside service. If you ever need a larger computer space or have any concerns throughout your stay, the clubhouse also features a business center with internet facilities, and a variety of guest services including 24-hour check in, maintenance, and a customer care center.
Finally, if you have a passion for golfing, there is an 18 hole, 72 par championship golf course adjacent to the resort at Highlands Reserve, completely open to the public.
