This is a very private five bedroom home that can sleep up to 16 in beds. You can rent this bi-weekly or for the full summer season/rental permit. Weekly rentals for the summer 2022 start at $9000/week. This home is a diamond five bedroom, four bathroom home, just 2.5 miles from famous Coopers Beach. Spend the day sun-bathing and come home to enjoy cocktails overlooking a sparkling pool and hot tub in your back yard. Ride your bikes into the heart of Southampton Village just 2 miles away. Home has a pool with a new pool heater and an outdoor hot tub. We have a new bbq grill too. Very private one acre setting. Lush landscaping. Great for fall weekends too for get-aways to go to the wineries or pumpkin picking. Check in is at 4 p.m. day of arrival, check out by noon day of departure. No loud music outside, we try to respect our neighbors. Propane for pool heater not included. Housekeeping costs $350. Pool propane not included in rental rates, nor is the housekeeping fee. Those are extra charges.
