The balcony overlooks a manicured green lawn bordered by thick clusters of palm trees, mangroves and lush tropical greenery. It’s such a private setting your nearest neighbors are the osprey and snowy white egrets flying by on their way to the water. You’ll spend many a pleasant hour enjoying this scenic backdrop, so the tiled balcony is comfortably furnished with a sofa and a table and chairs. Open the sliding glass door to let in the fragrant tropical breezes as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the grass below.
Another sliding glass door connects the balcony to a living room filled with furnishings that are every bit as comfortable as the surroundings.
The summer kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances, cookware and all the supplies you need. Preparing meals is a joy in this pleasant setting, decorated with tropical plants in wall vases and shells and other beach-themed wall hangings. It even comes with a small table for a quick snack.
You can serve a more formal meal on the dining room table in the tiled section of the living area, with a backdrop of wind-blown palm trees beneath a bright blue sky.
The bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and televisions. The master suite comes with sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and a desk, where you can update friends about your Marco Island adventure.
You’ll have a lot to talk about, like how you start your days with a walk along garden paths that wind through palm trees and tropical plants, followed by a refreshing swim in the community heated pool. You’ll talk about playing tennis and sitting in the hot tub watching one of Marco Island’s spectacular sunsets.
