Upstairs has a Master w/King Bed and 2 full size beds and 2 bathrooms. A spiral staircase leads to the downstairs which is a wide open space w/ 2 twin size beds and 1 queen bed w/sitting area, a kitchenette, stained concrete floors, 3rd bathroom, and a laundry room. There is a firepit, gas grill, wood pellet grill, gas fryer, and electric smoker.
Steps lead down from the patio to a floating boat dock with a covered 24’ boat slip and a Sea Doo platform.
Watching the sun set at Harmony Hill is breathtaking, and waking up to the stillness and quiet while sitting on the deck w/ a cup of coffee is a calm relaxing start to the day before heading out on the boat or taking a morning jog--whichever suits your fancy. Our Harmony Hill is across the lake from the Tims Ford State Park with beautiful leaf colors in the fall It is a short 5 min. drive to Hard Dock Restaurant at Tims Ford Marina. 15 minutes to Winchester and a scenic 30 minute drive to the University of the South at Sewanee. The old fashioned Montana Drive-in theater located in Tullahoma is a hit for both the young and old and is only 30 minutes away. Jack Daniel's Distillery is 25 minutes away in Lynchburg.
