The home is 10-15 minutes from downtown Oceanside and a short drive to either of the main Camp Pendleton entrances. Bike/running path nearby (<1mi) takes you directly to the beach (5 miles one way). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. There are frequently children playing outside if it’s nice (sometimes a little loudly) and there’s a good trail for running and biking nearby. The house is also conveniently located 5 minutes away from a shopping complex to include USPS, grocery store (Stater Bro’s), pharmacy (Walgreens), and a Starbucks. There are also local restaurants in the same complex and right down the road (Irina’s being my favorite).
Notice* There are cameras around the front of the property that record both audio and video for the entrance points: front door, garage, and side gates. There is a camera on the Alexa in the kitchen but it is covered up by both the built in cover and an added one. Feel free to unplug.
