The Mid Century-Spanish style Solar home is located in Northwest corner away from the main street with exceptional San Jacinto Mountain Views and is part of the exclusive 4 home enclave called Smoke Tree Court that has its own private tennis court. Enjoy the private backyard with mature landscaping, new accent lighting and fruit trees features a newly remodeled pebble tech pool/spa and easy access to the adjacent tennis court. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for entertaining and has everything you will need.
The house includes:
All newly refurbished – Paint, Carpet and furniture. The Floor plan includes a Classic Twin Palms large great room / kitchen area facing the pool, with the 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main King bedroom includes a double vanity bathroom, walk in closet , walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has a King bed and bath/shower. Third Bedroom has 2 queen bunk beds to accommodate both adults and kids with a shower and bathtub as well. Each bedroom has their own access to the outdoor patio. Guests will also have access to the entire house, garage and property. The perfect place for families, small groups and anyone who wants the true Palm Springs experience.
Amenities include:
New pool / hot tub, tennis court, Pickleball net/paddles, chef stove, double oven, new grill, ping pong table, corn hole, board games, kids’ scooters/toys, sonos speakers, Samsung Tv in every room/bedroom, high speed wifi internet and separate laundry room.
