Welcome! This home has 3 bdrms /2 full bathrooms. Two bdrms have queen beds and the 3rd has 2 large bunk beds (twin top/full bottom). There’s a large living room, dining area, and a large kitchen. There's also a spacious game room w/ sofa, foosball, and air hockey. Great backyard w/ grill and lots of seating plus great views of Mt Elden. Quick walk through the neighborhood to loads of hiking. Dogs must be approved ahead of time and a $50 pet fee will be required. NO AC in this home except a portable AC unit

We love you to have your pets on holiday with you. We do ask that you ask for pet approval with us before booking and also know we charge a $50 non-refundable pet fee. This home, like most homes in Flagstaff, does NOT have AC. In the summer months, the evenings are cool and the house cools down. Asking for a refund due to this oversight will not be honored.
