Johns Pass Village is one mile away, Bush Gardens and Tampa a 30-minute drive, the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg a 20-minute drive, and Walt Disney World and Universal Studio a 90-minute drive.

The master bedroom offers a brand new queen-size pillow-top bed, 2 closets, a dresser, and a ceiling fan with remote control. Also, a new comfy pull-out queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.
