Direct Ocean Building, side unit with some water view and direct access to over 70 miles of unbroken beach. My former property manager said my properties are the cleanest, best furnished listings he ever managed. Very nearby, Port Canaveral hosts some of the world's largest cruise ships, navy submarines and a small boat marina. The Port is filled with seafood restaurants where they cook up the catch of the day while you enjoy live music as you watch the cruise ships come and go. The last time I checked the floating casino still offered free excursions from Port Canaveral.
WHEN WE DOWNSIZED from our larger primary residence we kept the furnishings we like best. You will not find typical "rental" furnishings here. We insist furniture be both comfortable, beautiful and most important, CLEAN. The leather sofa reclines to nearly flat at the touch of a button. If you've never sat in an Ekornes Stressless chair you won't know what you've been missing until you arrive. Perhaps most important, the bed. You'll find a real box spring under the thick pillow top mattress. On top of that we added a thick memory foam layer. It feels like you are sleeping on a cloud.
This condo has easy to clean luxury vinyl flooring in a light beachy color throughout. Just painted last fall, new stainless whirlpool appliances were installed January 2022.
