This spacious oceanfront home features a King, 3 Queens, 2 Bunks (Double/Twin), and 2 Twins, with linens provided and beds made for your arrival. The oceanfront master suite includes a King bed and private bath.
Enjoy modern amenities including central air & heat, elevator, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, 6 Smart TVs including a 64” HDTV in the main living room, ceiling fans in all rooms and wireless internet. The oceanfront kitchen opens to the dining and living area, with a spiral staircase leading to ground-level bedrooms, a second living room, eat-in kitchen, and full bath. A game and toy closet in the hallway keeps the kids entertained.
Outdoor features include a large oceanfront pool (28x15), heated seasonally for an additional $500/week (pool occupancy limited to guest count; maintenance may require temporary closures), open and covered decks with covered dining for 16, porch furniture, gas grill, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, and private walkway to the beach with an ocean sundeck on the dunes. The side deck to the front of the house includes children’s gates for safety.
