Step inside to the updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, new white cabinetry, and modern lighting, along with a convenient half bath. The kitchen extends into the open dining with plenty of seating and open concept.
Head down a few steps to the sunken living room with a large wall mounted TV that can stream and also has cable. Off the living room is the sliders to the deck with outside furniture and grill. You have amazing views from the deck and direct access to the private association beach.
The second floor has the primary bedroom with amazing views, lots of windows and a slider that leads out to a small balcony. There's an en suite bath with a shower and wall unit AC in the primary bedroom.
Up a few steps to the next level is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a wall unit AC. There's a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level as well as a washer and dryer.
The third floor hosts another bedroom with a portable AC unit,and 2 twin beds with views of the sandy beach and water.
Lastly, the top floor has a pullout couch for extra sleeping accommodations and a large TV. A sliding glass door leads out to the rooftop deck with amazing views of Kalmus Beach.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
