This two-family modern rustic home is 1/2 mile from First Beach and a 5 minute drive from downtown Newport, guests have the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. This entire home comes fully equipped with ample parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to lounge/entertain. We look forward to hosting you for a fabulous trip to our home away from home!
The place is both the top and bottom floor of a 2 family home with a door in between both units that opens and connects the two. There are two kitchens, two living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining room, private deck, private patio, large yard, garage space, two washers/dryers, and a grill. Ample space for large groups of people. There is a king bed in the master with a bathroom connected to it, a queen bed in two of the bedrooms, two bedrooms with two daybeds (2 twins in one, the other turns into a king bed), a queen sleeper sofa, and two large couches that can fit adults as needed. There is also an air mattress for additional guests if needed. The house is wired with Wi-Fi and TV and anything you might need for an enjoyable stay, we hope you find the place as great as we do!
