Welcome to Sandy Ridge cottage! We picked this condo because of its location! We listed it after staying in it to make sure it was comfortable and had everything you need to have a good time.
You can walk to Short Sands beach, the cutest little shops, food, drinks and the York Zoo and Amusement Park. You can also walk to Long Sands beach and restaurants or ice cream on Long Sands Road.
You can drive 10 minutes to the Kittery Outlets, 15/20 minutes to great shopping in Portsmouth. There's a movie theater in Wells, Ogunquit is right down the street, and the Ogunquit playhouse is 10 minutes away.
The condo is equipped with central air and heat for those rainy days. Games, books, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, outdoor patio table and chairs, washer/dryer in the unit and even a little front porch to sit on.
This 2-bedroom, one bathroom condo is everything you need to enjoy a little getaway! There is also a couch in the living room which accommodates sleeping for 1 and off-street parking for two cars directly in front of the condo. We have newly installed an outdoor camera facing the driveway for security purposes only.
