The property is a single family home with a garage that has been converted into a studio apartment with its own private entrance separate from the main home. I live in the studio apartment for 6 months out of the year. I travel quite a bit so you may never see me, but if you do please say hi! I enjoy meeting new people, but am conscience of the fact that this is your vacation and I will respect your privacy.
The main home consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, dining room, and renovated kitchen. The finished basement boasts the living room/ family room, an office/ bonus room, and the unfinished portion of the basement with the washer and dryer. The deck and yard are also open for the guests use. The hot tub room with poker table and speakeasy bar are also for the guests use, but may require a bit of searching to find the entrance..
