Brand new build finished June 2025. High end finishes in all rooms. This house has everything to make everyone in your gathering happy! Lake access down trail with dock access! A pool for those who would rather hang out there. It has a game room with darts, ping pong, pool table and a card table! Open kitchen and living room with enough seating for everyone. Also has two floors of screened in porches. This 5,000 sq ft new build home has 8 bedrooms, sleeping 18 people. Full kitchen that can seat 18 people comfortable. Two living areas; Family room downstairs and game room upstairs. Game room has pool table, ping pong, darts, card table as well as a couch and tv to lounge. Two screened in covered porches There is a hot tub on the main level screened in porch that then goes out to the pool. Lake and dock access. There is a trail down to the dock where you can park a boat and swim off dock. The trail is a little steep and about 1000 ft. The dock is a shared dock with one other small rental. This house will have access to the center parking spot. There is something for everyone at this getaway.
First Floor has 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One has a king bed the other two each have a queen bed.
2nd floor has 5 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom. 3 bedrooms have two twins and the last one has 2 bunks.
***Pool is not Heated. It will be open from Memorial day thru October 15th.
** The Dock is a shared dock. There could be others from the next door property enjoying dock. You are reserved the middle slip if you bring/rent a boat. You also have access to your own set of kayaks and lily pad.
