This is a perfect vacation tropical paradise designed with luxury upgrades, and offers a private pool, a patio area, 2 master suites, ceiling fans in all rooms, smart TVs included in all rooms, complimentary wi-fi and Alexa. Also this pool villa has plenty of space for working remotely. Minutes to Margaritaville that offers a Dine-In theatre and tons of restaurants as well as a state-of-the-art water park. A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun....

You can rent a 2022 Model 3 or 2023 Model Y Tesla long range AWD with full self drive capability during your stay. Let us know before your arrival so we can make arrangements. Based on availability.

Pool heat is not included in the nightly rates. There is an additonal fee of $30 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $300 per month for longer stays. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay.

We provide a coffee bar with snacks and a waffle maker for your favorite waffle...all included.

There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed. We provide ash trays in the pool area and on our front porch.

Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, etc.

Propane outside gas grill available for your convenience

There is a locked owner's closet in the master bedroom . This is used to store owner's items. Guests has no access to this cabinet. However we have lots of closets for Guest use

“We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.”

Our pool is cleaned once per week. There are times debris and dirt may get in because it is an outdoor pool. We have provided a skimmer to use to remove these items. This happens especially on windy days.

We provide complimentay wifi services. There are times when the server may go down due to no fault of ours. This happens rarely but it can happen.

During your stay
We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.

Overnight street parking is not allowed. Our driveway fits 4 cars or 2 SUVS

Pets Restrictions

No pets allowed except Service Animals as required by Law.

We are a No Pet Home .. ......It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service amimal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?

We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .

Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.

If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.

In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,

We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.

Our home is equipped with Amazon voice command (Alexa) to make your vacation more fun. Simply ask Alexa to play your favorite songs and more
Our vacation pool villa is located in a gated community and close to shopping and restaurants and only minutes to the highways
Keyless entry. This is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. Gate code will be given before check in. Our property has a Ring door bell for security purposes.
Master Bedroom is off of the pool and has acces directly to the pool deck. Also offers its own Rain shower and separate bath tub, ceiling fan and smart TV. Offering a King bed

Second Ensuite is also located off the pool and has access to the pool deck and offers a smart TV with ceiling fans. Offering a king bed, Offering its own soaking tub and Rain Shower

Bedroom 3 offers smart TV and ceiling fans ...offering a queen bed

Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed with ceiling fans and Smart TV

Bathroom 3 is shared with bedrooms 3 and 4

Living Room offers Trundle Day bed with 2 single beds

Family Room is off of the kitchen and offers Smart TV and ceiling fans

Our Pool area offers outdoor dinning and lounge area with a beautiful theme along with a propane gas grill
