This fantastic new home is a large four-bedroom ideally located close to the national forest land and has lovely views of Echo Peak and nightly sunsets. Children up to 5 years of age don't count as occupancy limit! The home features a rustic Tahoe feel with nice modern touches. Acacia hardwood floors and steel gray leather granite in the kitchen. Upgraded Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. Etched metal chandeliers and pendants. Natural Knotty Alder cabinets, doors, base, and case throughout. Etched mountain mirrors in the bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master King bedroom, two queen bedrooms on the bottom floor, and a lovely pullout couch.
