Plenty of driveway parking and best of all, a five house walk to the beach. Ideal for family vacations, groups, and long offseason weekends. The house is walking distance to First Beach (Easton's Beach) Flo's Clamshack, The Newport Beach House, St. George's School, and a 2 minute drive to Sachuest Beach (2nd Beach).
Vacation in style in this modern-decorated and updated home. Featuring 6 Bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, Queen, Full+Twin, 3 Twins) and 4 Bathrooms. The home features an outdoor shower, a rear courtyard, and a large, flat, private yard which is hard to find at Easton's Point. Four Flat screen Tv's with full DirecTV package, WiFi, and more.
There is 1 Crib and 1pack and play for families with infants. Bikes, kids scooters, toys and chairs, boogie boards and much more. Just get in your car and drive up (or down). The house is wonderful, and you will spend much of your vacation on our 2100 square feet of porches and decks, listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze.
Notes on the listing. There are no large parties (rehearsal dinners, wedding events, late night events) on the property. If you are planning on any events larger then the size of the rental party you must get it approved from us in writing first. Pets are generally not allowed unless agreed upon up front. There is a $250 per pet fee only if approved. July and August are 5 night rentals
