Located high on a hill above New Harbor, this centrally located 5 bedroom home is the perfect place for a big family. New to the rental market. Spread out over three levels, this home offers space for families to gather and also places to tuck away for a quiet retreat. The open-concept floor plan on the main level boasts a large kitchen, dining room with stunning ocean and island views, and a comfortable living room. There is one roomy "master" bedroom with queen bed on the main floor with access to the first floor bathroom. Off the "master" is an additional bedroom with twin beds. The main floor bathroom is broken up into two parts: one half with toilet and sink and the other with a sink, stall shower, and tub/shower. The lower level contains a full bathroom, laundry room, TV room, and card table/game room. Up the stairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms, one with a half bath, and full hallway bath with shower. Outside there is a nice grassy backyard, new outdoor shower, and large wrap around deck. Plenty of outdoor seating means you can take in the beautiful views that range from the Coast Guard station in New Harbor to the historical inns of Old Harbor and the ferry passing in the Atlantic Ocean.
