Outdoors
The entire backyard faces the lake, with a direct walk from the yard to the water. Enjoy two decks (one off the primary suite and one off the kitchen), a hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, kayaks with life jackets, and plenty of space to relax outdoors. The lake is shared within a secure HOA community and ideal for kayaking, fishing, and peaceful mornings by the water.
☀Community Amenities:
Guests staying at Holiday Drive have access to the wonderful amenities offered by the Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. Enjoy a seasonal outdoor community pool, a private lake with sandy beach areas, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playgrounds, a clubhouse, and beautiful wooded roads and green spaces that are perfect for walking and enjoying nature.
The shared community pool is located at 365 Scotch Pine Drive, approximately a 3 minute drive or a 15 to 20 minute walk from the home. Pool access requires a wristband, which can be obtained from the pool attendant. The HOA charges a fee of $5 per person, per day for all guests ages 14 and older, for the duration of their stay. Children under 14 may use the pool free of charge.
The designated swimming beach, playground, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts, and clubhouse are all located in the same recreation area near the front entrance of the community, approximately a 3 minute drive or a 15 to 20 minute walk from the home. These amenities are included at no additional cost.
The designated swimming area is the front lake, located on the right as you enter the community. The lake behind the home is ideal for kayaking and fishing and is generally not recommended for swimming due to its shallow water and natural vegetation. There are no lifeguards at either the pool or the lakes, so all water activities are enjoyed at your own risk.
☀Community Requirement:
Per HOA and town code the following is required for all reservations:
→All guests (adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form.
→A rental agreement must be signed along with submitting a $500 pre-stay hold and photo ID (this is all mandated by HOA regulations).
→Upon booking we will send you a message to complete electronically the registration and rental agreement. Three days prior to check in you will receive another message to submit a copy of your ID and submit the pre-stay hold. All of the above must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your check in time to avoid full cancellation of the reservation.
*Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined by the HOA and/or Town if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.
→The community registration fee of $75 has been included in the price.
*There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 2 days prior to arrival.
→Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
☀Other things to note:
→You must be at least 25 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. Please message us for considerations.
→We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party's or 3rd party reservations.
→Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.
→If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.
→We are Pet friendly and allow two dogs maximum per stay, the fee is $100 per dog, per stay.
→No more than 6 cars allowed per reservation and NO parking in the street.
