You’ll love our Lake Front Hideaway! Our 4 bedroom Lakefront Hideaway has an unbeatable location plus all the comforts of home. Beautiful, tranquil setting on Greers Ferry Lake close to Narrows Bridge right on the lake in Higden AR. We are making our beautiful lake front 4 bedroom available. A great place for making memories on the most beautiful lake in Arkansas, or anywhere.
Our spacious 4 bedroom lake front home is the perfect escape for those wanting to have a relaxing vacay on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. Located in one of the best areas of the lake, near the Narrows area in a friendly and family oriented neighborhood.
We have plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Enter the home on the main living area floor, featuring a really nice smart TV with internet. Sit and relax and watch tv withconnected soundbar (bluetooth to connect phones etc...) on the comfortable couch and chair.
The kitchen has an easy to use electric convestion oven and stove top, a large microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and other great kitchen supplies. Cabinets stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, and other needed utensils and accessories for 6 to 8 people. The kitchen table seats 6, and there are also 3 bar stools for seating of 9 in the kitchen / dining area.
Two downstairs bedrooms. One Bedroom has a twin bed and the other has a bunk bed. The bedroom with the twin bedroom connects to a nice bathroom with tub/ shower.
- Upstairs in the home you will find a well appointed main bedroom with a king sized bed. There is an attached bathroom that is well appointed and has a jetted tub and large separate walk in shower.
Across the hall upstairs is a nice bedroom with queen bed in a bedroom that also has a 1/2 bath (sink and toilet)
*property to walk to the lake but that is all.
* Are you bringing young children under 5? please watch them closely. We have a back patio that has a big drop off on the back side of it, and there are many steps and stairs in and around this home. Children can fall or stumble and be injured.
* Bringing a pet? We allow 1 housetrained/ house broken dog under 60 Lb. There is a non refundable pet deposit of $45 * . No cats. We know sometimes pet deposits do not show up when you start the rental process when using VRBO or Expedia website. It will be charged after checkout as an additional fee after you reserve our home if it wasnt paid in checkout. . * The non refundable pet deposit does not include extra cleaning due to the pet having an accident or if there's damage caused by your per. . If your pet pees or poops in the house and/ or there's any bad smells there will be additional charges above the $40 up to and including charges to replace the carpeting or flooring if it is damaged and has to be replaced.

* We have a Ring camera doorbell at the front door and facing outside to front porch and the parking area ofr security. No other cameras are on the property
There are fantastic outdoor living areas! Our comfortable screened in porch is just off the kitchen/ dining area . This space is wonderful to spend time in in the evenings and rainy days too. On the screened in back porch we have a nice table to seat 4, a swing and a comfy chair. Take the stairs off the screened in porch and head to a beautiful stone patio area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy beautiful lake views. From this back patio you can walk down to the lake. We have a nice SOLO Stove to make small fires and roast marshmellows and smores!
* Fire pit is available to use seasonally, but not allowed during fire/ burn bans please. You will need firewood available at local stores. * Do not get take sticks or any firewood off of US Army Corps of Engineers property . Our property adjoins US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) property. The USACE owns and manages all land between the lake and the property owners. Do not litter, start fires, or leave personal property on the land going down to the lake. The walkway to lake is not our property. It is USACE property. The walkway has minimal maintenance and can be a litte difficult to walk along. You can use the property to walk to the lake but that is all.
Groceries and supplies and several restaruants are close by..
Cravens Grocery store is an easy 15 minute drive. 11 miles.
Dollar General (2) and Dollar Tree are just around the corner on Hwy 16.
Several restaurants nearby including - Boar House BBQ, Bentley's Restrauant and buffet, Las Playitas Mexican, and the very popular Janssen's Lakefront Restaurant. More restaurants are at Fairfield Bay
Close to Narrows Boat launch and park and the Lacey's Narrows Marina.
Make this your base for all kinds of lake fun, fishing, and even great river fishing on the Little Red River too.
