This vacation rental features five bedrooms: two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen and a day bed, another with a double bed, and the last with two twin beds.
There are two fully equipped and stocked kitchens, including stove, oven upstairs, toaster oven downstairs, full-sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. This spacious short-term rental also has two full bathrooms, both newly remodeled. The main bathroom has a tub, and the basement bathroom has a large shower.
There are two living areas with smart TVs; the upstairs living room has a 70in TV. In total, there are 7 smart TVs in the home. Each bedroom has a TV, except for the top floor queen room. The basement living area has two 55in TVs. We have plenty of options to watch the other games before you head to the stadium.
There's a dedicated office space with a large, 6ft wide desk and lots of natural light, perfect for working from home. There's also a second desk/workspace in the basement. If you are in town for a conference at Notre Dame, work in downtown South Bend, or just need a good place to get things done, you have plenty of great options to work remotely at our Airbnb.

While the sounds are generally mild and tolerable, the creaky floors are part of the charm of an older home. For a more restful sleep, we recommend bringing earplugs to help minimize any disturbance.
Please note: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $50 per pet, per day fee and may result in removal from the property with no refund.
